Appointments are held via Zoom which will allow us to connect by video / in-person (local clients). You’ll automatically receive my Zoom link once your appointment is scheduled. Because I understand the busy Woman very well! Experience a laser-focused coaching session where we will zero in on your most important goals and issues. You will walk away with clarity and feeling empowered to make the necessary changes on your own. This includes the 30-minute Discovery Call to help clarify all your goals and questions and make sure it feels like I’m your Coach.
DETOX & Done! (Group Sessions) $88
These 5-Day detox programs are provided each season of the year (watch out for my Early Bird specials before each launch). These sessions are high paced and highly interactive which will introduce you to the concepts for busy women and/or those of you just looking for a beginner’s introduction to health and wellness. As part of this 5-day program you will receive a handbook that focuses on; Why quality raw foods matter, how to read and understand nutrition labels, how to support brain health with better nutrition choices to improve mood and behavior, including simple & time saving shopping lists, and easy to follow nutritious recipes! This is not an elimination diet/juice cleanse. This simple 5-day journey is all about introducing healthy habits that will nourish your body and mind and most importantly last!
NOTE: All Group sessions are on Zoom/FB Live & will be recorded. If you cannot attend due to your schedule the recordings will be sent to your email to watch and learn at a more convenient time.

VIP Day $300 – Includes Kitchen Makeover and Shopping Trip
The day starts with a pantry & fridge makeover (2-hour in-home session) that will help bring awareness to your current food choices, while making space for healthier alternatives. We will start with some education on processed foods, healthy substitutions, and the Dirty Dozen List. We also teach you a simple way to read and understand food labels. We will open your pantry and refrigerator to help identify which foods you may want to eliminate and those that you may want to add to your diet. After we've gone over your current food supply, I will help you create a healthier shopping list. There is no grading or judging you or what’s in your kitchen! My goal is to help you make the best decisions nutritionally for you and your family. For extra support, we will go to your favorite market/grocery store with your new healthier shopping list to help apply the knowledge you learned in the kitchen makeover.
Note: I like to plan these days around a scheduled Farmers Market in your area.

This is a fast paced and highly interactive session which will introduce basic concepts for busy families or individuals looking for a brief introduction to health & wellness.
The 8 main concepts we cover are similar to those taught in H.O.P.E. Start Workshop, however seen briefly and less in depth than in H.O.P.E. Start.
